31 Months Start Today
I have now joined the world of the metal-mouths. Today I have received my braces. This means I must learn how to eat again, and how to deal with months of metal contraptions scraping the inside of my mouth.
After the pain I went through to get two teeth removed for this, I am hoping this process is worth it.
My best advice is to see the orthodontist if your braces hurt. They are not comfortable, certainly, but most pain can be mitigated somehow.
